We’re thrilled to share that a brand-new Italian dining concept is coming soon to Ostrich Towne – featuring the incredible recipes of Chef Paul Matthews, former Executive Chef of Biaggi’s, Ciao Bella, and Basil. Chef Paul’s culinary expertise and passion for authentic, elevated Italian cuisine will bring an exciting new flavor to our growing community of restaurants and experiences.

As we look forward, we also want to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks to Chef Aaron and Steph for their extraordinary creativity and dedication. Their fusion cuisine has been unlike anything Toledo has tasted before, and we wish them every success on their next exciting adventure.
