Frequently Asked Questions

Is parking free at Ostrich Towne?
Yes! We offer free on-site parking so you can pull in, park, and explore without the meter stress.
No outside alcohol is permitted. But don’t worry — our on-site bars and restaurants have you covered with everything from craft cocktails to local brews.
The Nest accommodates up to 50 guests indoors and 100+ when you include the outdoor patio. It’s ideal for workshops, private dinners, and social events that need a mix of cozy and open-air.
We encourage using our on-site restaurants for catering — and offer rental fee discounts when you do. If you’d like to bring in an outside caterer, reach out to discuss specifics. Additional fees may apply.
Residential units are currently in development and expected to launch soon. Join our waitlist to get first dibs when leasing opens.
